Dave Power
CEO
Dave co-founded NPSS in 2005 along side his father (RCMP ret.) Dave has experience across many fields, among some being an MFSO and Port Manager at PEI’s largest commercial port. You can find Dave heading consultation projects in relation to his vast expertise. His guidance and strategic partnership has grown NPSS into a company that operates in multiple provinces across Canada. He continues to drive the company’s expansion while prioritizing client relations.
Shane Fairchild
VP Operations
Shane joined NPSS with a decade of security experience and prides himself on exceeding clients needs while providing a fair and equitable workplace for workers. Shane has a proven track record of operational success through combining leadership, analytics and quality organizational structure. Shane believes that an organization’s most important resource is their front line workers. Shane designs sites with this belief focusing on solid processes that lead to solid service.
